The Frederique Constant watch brand is one of the youngest watch manufacturers. It was founded less than 40 years ago, in 1988 as a family business where Aletta Bax and Peter C. Stas had invested their free time and passion in watch design.

Since then, the current Swiss watch manufacturer Frederique Constant has worked with the aim of democratizing watchmaking, that is, watchmaking lovers could buy them at an exquisite quality price.

Frederique Constant defines itself as a young and passionate watch factory based in Geneva, where they produce watches for dynamic people and their mission is to make luxury Swiss watches accessible to the customer at reasonable prices.

From the beginning Frederique Constant wanted to produce classic Swiss watches at competitive prices.

Aletta and Peter were in their 30s, newlyweds, and with virtually no assets. However, we were very interested in beautiful, high-quality Swiss watches. Therefore, we were our own target consumer.

It is important to know that Frédérique Constant is still the same concept and pursues the same position. We believe in the original concept and the business model.
